As you know, we signed with her because we live on very tight schedules and needed a very responsive and flexible agent.  From my wife's first visit to South Bend with Rose, we say that she understood this.  The two of them visited houses all afternoon and worked to 10:00 pm that night going over options and discussing homes that they had seen.  When we thought that we might be interested in a particular house, Rose arranged for a contractor to visit the house, make sketches, and help us think about remodeling options.  We were clearly uneasy about the house but though that lacking alternatives, we would buy it.  Rose however took it upon herself to drive through the Ridgedale area, noting the addresses of other houses that might interest us and contacted all of the owners. In this manner she turned up the much more interesting house we are buying.  Had she not gone to this extraordinary length, we would never have even heard of it.

     Negotiations with the sellers were not easy. The owners were in the process of a divorce and another neighbor had already exspressed informal interest in the house.  Rose managed to convince the owner to sell to us, and she skillfully negotiated between us and the seller to bring us together on a price.

     Since we are unfamiliar with the area, she contacted a mortgage company and expedited our mortgage application and banking needs so that I could sign all of the papers on my last, rushed trip to South Bend.  She has also overseen the necessary changes and repairs in the house prior to the closing.

     In sum we cannot find enough good words to say about Rose Keyser's professionalism and energy.  She made this deal happen , and we congratulate you for having her on your team.
